2024 Bootcamp Information

Dates: Aug 12th-16th 2024, 9am to 5pm

Location: SES 201, 845 W Taylor Street, East Campus
Directions: SES 201 is a new addition to the SES building, and there are no exterior signs pointing to it yet. From the 845 W Taylor St. sidewalk sign for the SES building, walk towards the arch/plaza, and locate the sign to Lecture Halls 220-299 shown in the photo above. Follow the sign and enter the SES building through the second floor access door. Once inside, take a right and follow the signs to SES 201.

Parking: HLPS - Halsted Street Parking Structure (760 W. Taylor)
(For employees with a current parking assignment on the West Campus, please bring your valid University I.D. and hangtag, and you will receive reciprocal parking)

Agenda:
The agenda may shift on short notice. In the morning there will be coffee, but no breakfast served. We will serve a working lunch at 12pm (~45 minutes), and coffee and refreshments in the afternoon around 3pm. The food will accommodate a range of dietary constraints, but if you have additional restrictions or allergies, please contact Connie Ping (hping) a.s.a.p. to let her know.
